Why does the API key work only for a 90-day period?
We only allow the API to work without any user authentication for a max period of 90 days. After this period, access to your account via the API key will be temporarily frozen until a permitted user authenticates and renews the API key. We apply this rule to protect our customers and make sure they are in control of their account.
To avoid disrupting your automation flow, we highly recommend that you periodically log into the Customer Portal and renew your API key access before the expiration date is reached. A new 90-day cycle will commence from the date you renew the key.
PLEASE NOTE: If the API key has been frozen, you don't need to create a new one - by renewing it, the suspended API key will be unfrozen and access will be granted immediately.
