1. Review of applications
We review applications for a variety of criteria.ย 

2. Introduction call + cultural fit
We get to know each other a bit better and discuss your motivation. We will give you more info about the company and role and also discuss your experience.

3. Technical fit interview
You'll meet with current team members, so they can evaluate your professional skills and share more information about how the team works :)

4. Exec Sponsor interview and/or reference check
Last step, to get an understanding of some core concepts and the match of relevant role requirements.

5. You receive an offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.

6. Welcome to the team
Welcome to Intergiro, you've now become an Intergironaut!
